This was the first time we had used this Company and it certainly won’t be the last, from our first visit into the shop we were greeted warmly and everything was explained thoroughly and professionally. We had thought about throwing our old Dyson away but having left it with the vac shop for a service and replacement battery (as recommended) we are now in proud possession of what we can only describe as a‘brand new’ vac, which is what it works and looks like.
