DMB car seats has been providing me with excellent car seat advice for the last couple of years. I recently contacted Deborah again as my daughter broke part of her car seat, and she was able to recommend another great car seat to me. We purchased through DMB car seats and the new car seat was delivered to me the very next day - and installed for me. Always focused on the safely for our little ones, Deborah was also able to remind me that items I had loose in my car would not be safe in the event of an accident.

"Knowledgeable, Friendly, Helpful and No Pressure"

We booked an appointment with DMB after visiting a major high street retailer (known for specialising in baby supplies) whose advice and legislation surrounding car seats to be very vague and lacking in specific recommendations.
Deborah was exceptionally helpful - she answered our questions about car seats for over an hour on a phone call (without charge) explaining the legislation, why rear facing is safest, the benefits and drawbacks of different features and the most cost effective way to purchase car seats and boosters.
We then had a demo with Deborah, where she showed us various car seats and even demonstrated how they fit in our own car so we could see which options suited us best in person. She wasnt ever pushy sales-wise, letting us decide at our own pace but ultimately we purchased from DMB knowing that it would be correctly installed, was the safest and most suitable option for our child, that Deborah was knowledgable and that DMB were in line pricewise with other retailers.

Service is above and beyond what I expected. I only wish we had such a good local information when me kids were younger - they would have been safer and I’d have spent les s in car seats over the years.

Excellent service from start to finish. She took round the various car seat options and checked they would fit in my car. She went over the various safety tests and what they meant and the different seat options.
The price was competitive and the range of seats and colours good.She fitted the seat for us making sure our little one was both safe and comfy. Would strongly recommend.

DMB has been amazingly helpful, even before retailing seats. Deborah was always able to reply and advise about correct installation of my existing car seat, advise about the head rest and strap positioning etc - nothing was too much trouble at all.

I’m delighted they are now retailing seats - with a baby due in a few months, Deborah popped out with a couple of excellent extended rear-facing options to look at and went through all the inserts, the pros, the cons, and ensured it fit safely in our car.

100% recommend. Lovely person with excellent (super safe!) car seat options and oodles of knowledge.
