Ordered the a wallet online but wasn't happy with my choice. Dropped into the Kedron store and the guy there helped me exchange for the right one.

"No warranty"

The brand does not honor its word in terms of warranty. They will come up with the excuse that one of the brands they sell no longer operates in Australia. Instead of replacing the faulty product, they will offer you a 10% discount. Go to another shop, but not Luggage Direct.
