"Rude manager"
A family member ordered 4 pizzas and they didnt come with garlic sauce when said family member called the branch they accused him of lying and the manager began to curse at him. After a bit the driver came back where we found out that he left the bag of garlic sauces outside.

"First time and never again"
First time and never again. Bought a large hot chicken pizza with cheese crust. 1- it wasn’t hot. 2- the cheese in the crust was not even melted, it was still cold and sticky in your mouth. Waste of money but more waste of time. 👎🏽

The pizza was over cooked, very dry . I ordered a Tuesday special which was a small pizza, potato wedges and garlic bread, I got small pizza and potato wedges. Was not the first time this has happened. My order was from Southwark park road London .. will not order again.

I just drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to pizza Gogo then they tell me they don’t take card cash. Only it is 2023 pizza Gogo you need to take card very unhappy. Guess you don’t pay tax

Wrong order, poor quality, no refund customer service totally ignored me.
I called to say it's the wrong order, they said they can't deal with complaints. I emailed customer services several times and they just ignored me. I then tried to call and it just plays music - they have clearly redirected my number to the waiting music.
They basically stole £30 off me and won't rectify their mistake.
They are total blaggers.

"Order never arrived and tried to scam me"
Order never arrived. Contacted them and they told me they had no number to contact and their driver did the best they could (I had given them my number and our apartment building has a doorbell system),so they clearly didn't do their best. Very rude person then told me that "Brother, our driver came and you werent there, we can charge you an extra 2 pounds to try again". Scummy and disrespectful. Ive never heard of a restaurant charging for a reorder. Dont by from these people

Hung up on two of us trying to place an order, couldn't understand English, had to order online, 1 hr 15 mins to arrive and we are 5 mins away, food arrived warm!!!

"Ordered online - don’t order"
Ordered online, didn’t get an expected delivery time. We rang after 45 minutes and we’re told that our pizzas were made and they were waiting for the delivery driver. 30 minutes later we rang again and we’re told that the pizzas were out for delivery. They arrived a couple of minutes later, Luke warm!!

"The Norwich shop delivered the wrong…"
The Norwich shop delivered the wrong pizzas spoiling the evening for my guest and me. The shop kept promising to call back to sort out the issue but never did. Even contacting the customer service was useless as after a few replies they stopped replying without addressing the issue. If I could give a zero star I definitely would.
