I swear the best flower shop in UAE and in all middle East, great service and very friendly team except the one who answered my phone because he cut the phone call without listening to me which is not good for the shop, I asking him to update my card messages and after he took my WhatsApp number didn't complete listen to me, just hung up the phone call which was unprofessional and I wish I can remember his name because like this person no need to work in the place where the other team doing hard job. And again the flower very high quality and same online, delivery team very nice and organised.

Thank you so much for everything but please give more training to the prrosn who answered my call.

I wish someone from the management will call me back because really I'm feeling bad from his attitude.
