"Hewett positive Feed back"

I had a lovely surprise phone call from Lisa at Hewett, who had read my previous review written by me about some issues that I had experienced during two job interviews with a local company but only one of them was organised by Hewett. I was left to feel disappointed after being unsuccessful twice with the same company and during those interviews there were some odd and strange practises.
However, the reason why I have edited my review from a one star to a five is that Lisa cared about what I had written and showed empathy and concern, she will now address the issues that I had shared with her.

Thank you Lisa for giving me a feed back, I wish that all other agents and companies would do the same.

Charlotte was a pleasure to work with throughout my career move. From a "cold contact" where she saw a synergy (and was absolutely spot on!) I now have a job that I absolutely love! Charlotte was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and always available for a call. I highly recommend speaking with Charlotte or one of her colleagues.

they tried to get get me a more sensible salaray than a particularly low paying job they had, but the company they represented declined the extra, forcing me into a low paid job where i was taken advantage of, expected to cover up for colleagues incompetence daily, and i was misled about the fuel claims. i lived 30 miles from the office, but the guys who lived closer got more fuel allowance than me. i couldn't afford to lvie on the salary, and i was banned from taking personal calls except for 30 mins lunch break (which i never got, the sites were too busy). so, i couldnt organise a new flat, and will now be homeless.

i deliberately got myself fired from the job, it was so bad - hewett didn't have anything 'good' on their books despite the market booming. i've raised this with them, silence. not interested, now they've lost their commission.
