The interaction started with me going to the design center, which was a great experience and the staff was very knowledgable and helped me pick up my flooring really fast. The delivery was as per our agreement in terms of day and time of day. The flooring itself is with an exceptional quality. I had ordered too many packages so I requested to return the excess and the staff was again very nice and helpful. What surprised me the most in a positive way was that there was a problem with the shipping company on the return - they ruined almost the whole stuff I returned, but the shop took time to review my complain and accepted it nevertheless. This is without a doubt the best shop I had worked with EVER! Thank you guys for the great work!
