Find this product to be helpful not just with gastrointestinal stuff, but I think it also helps with skins dryness. Not sure how, but I think probiotics and good gut bacteria are important to helping overall health.

I have always used a Alpha Probiotics as advice from my doctor as I suffer from IBS .I spoke to the truMD team for which one to use I never look back now after taking them I only have attacks now if I have taken ibuprofen which does upset my stomach.

Excellent customer service. Emailed with a few questions and received a reply next day thoroughly answering all my questions. Only been taking product for a few weeks so cant really comment on how effective it has been yet but easy capsules to take and no need to store in a fridge which is ideal if going away.

I buy probiotics fairly regularly and have always been happy with the level of service from TruMD. I do occasionally suffer from digestive issues and find that probiotics do help with this.  It works for my GERD very well and since changing my FODMAP this has been essential to my health.

Really rate these probiotics. Had bad constipation and someone suggested these. Took for a year and they really sorted my tummy problems out. I stopped taking them for 2 months and all my tummy problems started back up. Back on them again now and relieved they have helped and sorted my tummy out again.

I have taken one bottle of this now and it seems to work. I was having IBSD symptoms and started taking this. My stomach (and etc.) were better after a day or two. I have kept taking these probiotics (and will for some time) as I bought 6 bottles. I hope they continue to help. I can't guarantee you will have the same results. I was already taking another probiotic (Acidophilus) but I was still in distress. I started taking both probiotics together and have been having very good results. Good luck to all that start this.

These have changed my life. When I tell you I had so manny issues with my stomach like bloating, digestion issues. One day I was looking on line for something that would help and I saw these decided to try them out and best purchase I have made so far.
