I went to a workshop. It was both well-organised and relaxed, with ample supplies of everything needed, lots of space and a lovely atmosphere.

Then I ordered some blocks and other supplies through the post. They were dispatched within an hour and, having been ordered Thursday afternoon, arrived Saturday morning via the free delivery option.

Then I booked another workshop for which I needed to make a special request. My request was treated with understanding, consideration and respect - and a solution was found without any drama whatsoever.

I only came across this company by chance, but already they feel like trusted friends, and I am a very satisfied customer who is likely to return to them again and again, and recommend them to others (which I have already done).
