I spoke to a personal adviser with regards two number pensions i have deferred until June 2015.The question was whether i would be able to cash in my whole pension rather than buy an annuity as i have a project in mind to use this money. He confirmed this was correct providing that the ruling is passed by the government on April 2015. He further indicated that it may be beneficial to take the two pensions over separate tax years to avoid paying the higher income tax to which i agreed. He also said he would look into this further and provide any other information available on this matter. During our conversation I found the adviser both knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
