 Although it wasn't our first time sailing, Croatia added a unique charm, and our time with Alexandra and Salty Miles made it truly remarkable. With amazing care, she balanced everyone's interests while integrating our sailing trip with other arrangements. We went to every town in stunning Istria that was on our wish list, and we even ended up at charming farm pubs where we sampled olive oil, wines, and delightfully fragrant truffle items. It's uncommon to find a team that is so aware of your requirements and desires. I'm grateful for the priceless memories. Cheers

- We used the services of the company at the end of August 2020. We contacted Alexandra in advance and she initially provided us with about 7-8 options under our conditions. Marinas for the start, wishes for the yacht, a possible route, everything was taken into account. With her help we have chosen Beneteau Cyclades 39.3, 2007, from Rogac.
- The charter company from which we book the yacht has a small but well-kept fleet. In addition to yachts, there are also have catamarans. A fairly serious approach to check-in, everything was explained, shown, and all questions answered. Provided a parking place for car.
- No breakdowns were found during the entire charter. The voyage passed without any technical questions to the yacht. In general, we were satisfy that charter company service.
I would like to add that during one of our visits to the islands, when the yacht was on the buoys and we got to the city on a dinghy, after returning from a walk, we discovered that there was no plug in the drainage drain at the dinghy. I had to use a wooden plug from the repair kit for this. At the check-out we reported a problem, the guys said that the solution was correct and said that it often happens. In short, this did not affect the deposit in any way. By the way, the deposit was returned to the account within 2-3 days after our return of the boat.
- After we decided on the yacht, Alexandra prepared several route options for us. This is a detailed description of the sections along the route, timing, points of convenient anchorages, beaches, description of marinas. Separately, I would like to note info about description of historical sights, tourist routes, homely cafes with local cuisine. During the entire cruise, whether or not, in case of any questions, we asked the Salty Miles team. I can say that they always had an answers for our questions, one might say, it’s a 24/7 format. Considering that for us this area of the Adriatic is not sufficiently explored, it was very useful to get such support from the agency team.
- In the end, I can say that we really liked the level of planning of recreation and services that we received from Salty Miles. For those who organize cruise and family vacations, I can recommend them to everyone with a light heart!

- Мы воспользовались услугами фирмы в конце августа 2020. Мы связались с Александрой предварительно и она предоставила нам первоначально около 7-8 вариантов под наши условия. Марина для старта, пожелания по яхте, возможный маршрут, все было принято во внимание. С ее помощью мы выбрали Beneteau Cyclades 39.3, 2007 года, из марины в Рогач.
- Чартерная компания, у которой мы забирали яхту имеет не большой, но достаточно ухоженный флот. Кроме яхт имеют еще и катамараны. Достаточно серьезный подход к check-in, все объяснили, показали, ответили на все вопросы. Предоставили место для стоянки авто.
Во время всего чартера не было обнаружено ни одной поломки. Рейс прошел без каких либо технических вопросов к яхте. В общем, чартерная компания нам понравилась.
Хочу добавить что, во время одного из посещений островов, когда яхта стояла на буйках и мы добирались на тузике в город, после возврата с прогулки обнаружили отсутствие пробки в дренажном сливе у тузика. Пришлось использовать для этого деревянную пробку из ремонтного набора. На check-out сообщили о проблеме, ребята сказали что решение правильное и сказали что часто случается. Короче говоря на депозит это никак не повлияло. К слову, депозит вернулся на счет в течении 2-3 дней после нашего возврата лодки.
- После того как мы определись с яхтой, Александра приготовила для нас несколько вариантов маршрутов. Это детальное описание отрезков на маршруте, тайминг, точки удобных якорных стоянок, пляжи, описание марин. Отдельно хочется отметить описание исторических достопримечательностей, туристических маршрутов, уютных кафе с местной кухней. В течении всего рейса так или иначе при возникновении вопросов общались с ребятами из Salty Miles. Могу сказать, всегда получали вопросы на свои вопросы, можно сказать в формате 24/7. Учитывая что для нас этот район Адриатики не достаточно изучен, очень полезно было получить такую поддержку от ребят из агентства.
-В итоге могу сказать – нам очень понравился тот уровень планирования отдыха и услуг, который мы получили от компании Salty Miles. Для тех кто организует рейсы и семейный отдых, могу их посоветовать всем с легким сердцем!
