What a superb experience we received from Sentinel when we recently booked from LBA to Prague. Super quick turnaround at both check in and collection. Really friendly driver on the return, James. Plus our car was parked ready and waiting right nearby to the reception. Thank you. We definitely use again

"Perfect service from Carl today "
Excellent service from Carl today at Sentinel who fixed my car when the gas pedal got stuck. I was travelling alone with two small children and if I had parked in one of those airport car parks without staff and a reception I would have been sat on the side of the road crying in the middle of the night. If there are any awards for a Sentinel employee of the year my vote goes to Carl! Thank you so much!

First time using Sentinel at Leeds Bradford Airport - very easy to book - very good communications - very easy to find and park and very quick transfer for flight. Arriving back waiting for us quick transfer back to depot and easy picking up of keys.
Brilliant service and due to go away in July 2025 - will certainly book with them

The Sentinel Parking at Leeds Bradford airport is absolutely spot on! The drivers are very friendly and helpful and retrieving your car keys is super efficient. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

"No charge after 20 hour flight delay"
Our return flight from Krakow was delayed by 20 hours. Sentinel were fantastic, has a bus waiting for us on our return and no additional charge for our over stay as it wasn't our fault. Fantastic service and will always use when flying out of LBA

"Delayed plane, no problem Sentinel has it sorted."
Our plane was delayed and I remembered that the Sentinel agent had told us, on dropping off our car key, that we were not to worry if there was a delay because they track the planes. So we were quite relaxed. We arrived at 23 h pretty weary. We got on the Sentinel bus which left pretty soon.
We were very impressed, when us coach load of tired passengers got off the bus with our cards, how quickly the Sentinel agent quickly gave us the correct keys and directed us to the correct bay where our car was parked. It was amazing. We really appreciated their efficiency.
When there is so much poor service in life, it's almost a miracle when things work super smoothly!!

Absolutely fantastic service (with a smile!) from Sentinel car parking in Leeds.
I used Sentinel before and always very successful but need to write this well deserved review because what happened yesterday (Nov 7th ‘24).
I was a passenger of an unfortunate flight which was diverted to Liverpool. I was worried that my car, parked in Leeds was only booked till 9:30am, when I supposed to land and collect it. Unfortunately, we finally arrived in Leeds after 1pm.
We were not only allowed to collect our cars free of charge for an extra time but it was an extremely kind, polite and just simply nice service from the young lady at the counter - a highlight of my stressful day! Thank you!
Btw. your bus drivers are amazing, very friendly too!

"Lack of the usual care"
We are regulars of Sentinel using them at least twice a year. Previously we’ve been very happy because the staff especially the drivers have been so helpful. Not this time unfortunately. We were collected at the airport by a driver, called Darren I think. At the start and end of the journey Darren never left his seat. There were elderly people struggling with their suitcases. It’s a blessing that there were no disabled people because I suspect they would have been left to their own devices. I would like to thank the driver on our outward journey (17/9) because he could not have been more helpful. A fantastic ambassador for Sentinel!

"Parked my car with Sentinel in September 2024"
Parked my car with Sentinel in September 2024. Service going out was very good and helpful. Return to collect my car and was attended to by a rude obnoxious person who wasn't helpful at all, who just told me my vehicle was "down there, "with no indication as to where "down there" was. I would use Sentinel again, but there has been a staggering increase of £42.00. Will have to rethink, especially after the rudeness, for which there is no excuse.

Just had to leave a review today after seeing the bus that left us waiting for over 15 minutes at lba displaying no.1 on trust pilot.
My 81 year old mother was less than impressed also, good job keep it up.
Update, Quick response from the md he looked into my booking as stated and promptly refunded me a few day's later, thanks and I will consider booking in the future.
