I did not know i had to unpack fridge freezer myself. I live on my own. The delivery men explained this to me. I explained my situation and thankfully they unpacked it for me and sorted the balance of fridge freezer before they left. They went above and beyond for me, I'm so grateful to Craig and Corey.

Arrived damaged, sent photos of the damage. Spoke to an advisor the next day who said they will send a replacement the next day. Waited in all day (as the emails say if you miss delivery you have to pay £50) nothing arrived.
Phoned the next day to be told there was no record of that conversation and that I haven't sent a picture showing the damage, even though the photo shows the smashed hob in the box with the circuit board hanging out. They couldn't do anything untill I send more pictures, again.
