"They tricked me"

They tricked me. On the sales call I ask to know all the cost up front to know what to expect once I have my business. They told me it would cost me 12K AED to renew my business license. Now that I completed the process, they are asking me to pay 20K AED to renew my business license.

I ask the price to add someone with visa on my company. They quoted me 8,000 AED. Once my company was created and wanted to add someone, they changed the price to 11,000 AED.

In their quote, the banking assistance and coordination was included and 500 AED was allocated for this service. Once my business was created and had my emirates ID, I was ready to proceed with the bank account creation and they would simply tell me that it was not included and I have to pay something like 1500 AED for it. I had to go back and forth 3 times by sending them proof of payment and their initial quotes, they tried to make me pay 1500 AED... Wasted 2 weeks and I had to send an email to threat them that I will report them if they don't proceed with the service I paid, and they did it after.

Go with another agency... They are overpriced, they trick you by changing their price once you are locked in.
