I had a consultation with Dr Tekin to discuss the surgery. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He explained the procedure in detail and helped me to set realistic expectations.
The surgery itself went well. I was under general anaesthesia and the procedure took about 2 hours. I woke up with a bandage on my nose and some swelling around my eyes. I was able to go home the same day.
My recovery was relatively straightforward. I had some bruising and swelling for the first few weeks, but it gradually improved. I was able to return to work after 10 days and to resume all of my normal activities after 2 weeks.
I am very happy with the results of my rhinoplasty. My nose now has a more natural and balanced appearance. The hump is gone and my nose is now in proportion to the rest of my face. I feel more confident and happier with my appearance.
