"Overall great experience, will order again"

Had a good experience getting samples of product and getting the final order processed. The print quality turned out to be good and overall clean, but heavier in areas with detail, which led to the loss of some fine lines in the design. I will definitely order again and plan to send in an updated design to compensate for the heavy ink.

I emailed the company with a question about ordering and even though my email went to spam, they still responded quickly and gave me personalized service. I will definitely use Bagmasters for all of my future school swag orders.

I contacted Bagmasters for info and they never got back to me - I had to call 3 or 4 times just to get info. When I placed order, they kept trying to change my logo which I did not want to happen. They finally agreed to use my whole logo and then the week before my order was SUPPOSED to arrive, they called again to cancel my order if they could not reduce my logo. At that point, I had no choice but to let them change my logo as it was too late to order from anyone else. The order was supposed to be received on Aug 20, it did not arrive until the week of Aug 30 and was a pain to get from my office(the shipping address)to the event location. I will not be ordering from bagmasters again. Too big of a headache. My logo has been used by many other supply businesses and there was never a problem with it.
