After a long 19 week wait it has finally arrived...!

Wow...well worth the wait though,
she’s a beauty..with a high build quality.

We had a few teething problems, which were quickly resolved by Albert and his team, via email and phone.

I do agree, the UV filter connectors aren’t the best, but I have found a work round for that so no worries. One thing I would say is be prepared for the delivery..it will take more than the recommended 3 -4 men. A Hoist genie and pallet truck with 8 people is more like it.

We are very pleased with the product TimberIN have provided, and we are currently enjoying wood burning hot tubbing at its best.!

"Poor handling with issues"

Products looks great on images, but the real product is in lower quality than expected.
First the order is delayed several times. When it finally come I had not possibility to be there to help, why I asked for them to use a truck so they can unload it themselves. They just unloaded it from a truck with no lift, which resulted in damages to the tub. They wont take it back and try to compensate with rediculous stuff with lower value than the damages. I been waiting several months for new parts - still waiting.
I will not recommend anyone to buy hot tubs from there.

EDIT:
You are correct that I didnt buy the transportation with lift in the first place as I expected to be home at delivery. But you changed the delivery dat three times. That is unacceptable. The third time you changed the time for delivery I was out of town.
I asked your colleague Sandra that confirmed that due to changes in delivery we could arrange the transportation to be by truck with lift and then there was not problems with that.
The truth is that you just send a guy anyway without the correct truck.
I do not have a tractor so you must be confusing me with someone else.
Also you tell that I sent pictures from a security camera? That is also not true.

I havent mentioned the broken door, the broken brass handle and other brass products you use which is already rusty.
The wooden lid is pretty messed up already and theres a gap on 2-3 cm between.
The sand filter keep flush a lot of sand into the tub.
The pump for bubbles does not work at all.
The button for LED is stuck inside the tub.
The paddle and the skeleton of the tub is made of pinewood that is not good to be outdoor without treatment.
The wooden edge around the tub has gone apart three places more than 1 cm each which resulted in 8 screws is broken and the edge is loose.
The UV filter and the sealing is pretty much useless as the water keeps going trough. I had to use strips and a lot of silicone to keep it sealed.
I also orderd the wooden shelf which was not included and that im still waiting for.
If the good customerservice was there you would have sent the missing or promised compensations items and then resend the remaining part later when you say the oak is out of stock.
I also tried to ask for some kind of refund for all the work I had to do my self for trying to fix some of these issues.
The CMR document that followed was in so bad condition that you couldnt even read it as the print on it was so unclear. I also asked kindly to Leva and Sandra that we needed to find a proper solution.
And we are still having mail correspondance for more than 6 months and 50+ emails.
I think I have been more than patient with this handling.

Update 2: (my reply to your list)
1. I can tell you that I have sent photos of the same issue with the handle. It has made the oak black and is rusty. So it was not changed on my tub – perhaps in the future ones. Which is great.

2. I was not informed about this and didn’t read it anywhere in the description at the time for placing the order. Otherwise I wouldn’t be paying more for a material that couldn’t stand the Scandinavian weather.

3. The link does not work. I have tried the backwash, rinse and flush. I have also changed the sand and tried to check whether is was the sand level that caused these issues. But still same result with a lot of sand inside the tub.

4. I did mention this to Leva – please see our mail correspondence from July 6th. I had to manually plug in the power to make it work. Leva sent a picture how to change the transparent hose.

6. My tub is places on a brand new wooden terrace and NOT on the grass as you mention. I actually build the terrace extra strong in the area for the placement of the tub and made sure that water underneath could be drained so it wouldn’t cause any damages to the skeleton.

7. Still I wasn’t informed or read about the material was for indoor use. When I now have it placed outside all year I guess it wont last very long before it is all deform. Hopefully I can keep it somehow covered for the worst frost and snow.

8. Maybe the product it self is ok, but the placement for the UV filter to hang only in the sealing and the pipe it not good as the weight of the UV filter make it hang and create a small gap for water to come out. I had to find a solution myself for this to hold before it broke. I can send you more photos if you like.

9. I will try to be a little more patient but please understand my frustration when you say you will be back and I hear nothing. Then you send a tracking number and later an email with the reason with the oak. And again just silence. Im glad we can communicate this fast over trustpilot as the mail is a little slower. But at least we get this issue and handling visible now.

10. I did ask your transportation manager Sandra if this was a problem. And she promised me that it wont be an issue on the phone.
I hope we can still solve this in a good manner

Ik heb bij dit bedrijf een “hot tub hout deluxe model” gekocht.Het is natuurlijk spannend om zo’n groot bedrag uit te geven, helemaal als je naar het buitenland moet overmaken. Maar alles wordt professioneel afgewerkt. Zowel de aankoop communicatie, als het bad. Ik kan niets anders zeggen dan dat het een goede service is. Het bad staat op zijn plek en er wordt met volle teugen van genoten.
