"Dreadful experience"

Not a great experience. It was over the pandemic so contact was limited and my son who is autistic and deaf had to go in alone. No feedback to me and no attention was paid to his needs despite explanation. Messages through him were unclear and he came out feeling like he was being told off. The dentist at our practice said he looked after his teeth well and didn’t need professional cleaning whereas in-line tried to get us to pay for a clean. We left being told he needed surgery in early adulthood. The blunt way they explained the misaligned jaw impacted on his self confidence.

We have moved to a different county and the dentist has referred him to a new orthodontist. I feel we wasted two years of treatment and needlessly waited for a referral about his jaw. We may now cross into being 18 and have to pay.

Overall our experience was dreadful and I have been left feeling very cross and upset about the impact it had on my son.

Update: Saw another orthodontist today who was appalled at the fact that my son still had a baby tooth in place and a canine still to emerge. She suggested formally complaining. She was lovely, reassuring and talked through the surgery my son would need with compassion and care.

I came here to have my braces fitted and I am so impressed. I actually travel for an hour to get here based on a recommendation. I always great a service, they are so efficient I cannot fault them. I’ve had my brace on for just over a month and the difference I’ve seen is amazing. Very excited to see the before and after a when my treatment is complete. I couldn’t recommend Inline enough!

I came here to have my braces fitted and I have to say What a lovely organised practice,staff are very friendly make you feel at home absolutely amazing I travel for an hour to get here as my friend told me it was the best and they was not wrong I couldn't recommend this surgery enough there is no waiting around like the other dental surgery's you are in on time always ,there is plenty of parking at the back of the surgery the best dentist I've ever been to thank you all so much can't wait to see the end result my teeth are allready looking amazing and much straighter after just 3 visits 😀

All the staff at Inline were so lovely and friendly. Super organised and everything ran on time. It was easy to find and there’s loads of free parking. Really nice and modern, beautifully designed, doesn’t feel like a dental practice which made me feel so much more comfortable

Lovely staff, so friendly. Appointment was
on time. Really accessible and easy to
find parking. When arriving to the
appointment I was a bit nervous but they
made me feel really comfortable. Best orthodontist I have been to!!

Always been happy with the service at inline orthodontics but felt I had to comment on how clean the practice is. I felt very safe with the extra Covid restrictions in place. Highly recommend.
