"Four months unresolved issue"
I've been trying to reach a supervisor since February because I'm unable to view my camaras remotely. It is now May and I'm still unable to view them. I've spoken to several employees on separate occasions, and they always tell me they will get the message to a supervisor. When I asked after months of an unresolved issue why I could not speak to a supervisor it was explained to me that because I was on a basic plan, I was unable to speak to a supervisor and if we could switch our business plan to a higher tier we could have more assistance.
You would think a company this greedy would at least allow us to make a onetime payment to speak to someone but that was not an option either.
