A Half day Emergency First Aid Course was held at the British Wildlife Centre for their employees. The presenter was excellent and managed to get her training delivered in a very humorous and memorable way, enabling all of us to benefit from the course. We were all given a course manual on completion which is a very good aide memoire for specific details should we have to use for real the training given.
