I found out few of my debts were not acceptibg this consolidation. I have not heard from CESI in regards to any of these declines or about anythibg since I signed up. They just take your money and do not care about anythibg else.

I am a bit thrown back as how no one has follow up with me. I have no idea how the process went with contacting the credit card companys. If I should be stoping my automatic payments to credit card company. I am worried that maybe i made a mistake trying to get help with consolidating my bills.

Pleasant staff, helpful and valuable service. I only wished the staff shared information with each other so customers don't have to continue repeating the same information each time they call. They also need to fix their phone system to accept the input of the number zero. It's a necessity, especially in their business.
