"Customer Service Representative-Horribly Rude"
The company did not complete my sale correctly for the proctor fee and I did not receive the instructional email, so I was unable to schedule the exam time/date. I called customer service and having spent quite a bit of time trying to get this exam scheduled, I was upset. Instead of thanking me for my purchase and using good customer service skills, the representative named "Melissa" proceeded to lambast me and was so unbelievably rude that I called back asking for a supervisor. I got "Melissa" again and she refused to give me a name or number of her supervisor and said she was blocking my number. Then her number called me back twice unbeknownst to her. I could hear her working with a contractor in the background on home project instead of doing her job. I have now asked for a full refund since no help was given to me and I was treated like gum on the bottom a shoe. My advice is to train your customer service reps to treat customers with respect even if they are upset. Solve the issue and get someone that paid your company money the help they deserve. I know it is hard in this economy to hire good people, but this woman is someone I would fire immediately! She is tarnishing your reputation and if she treated me this way, I am definitely not the first or the last. I have also contacted the CEO of the company and it will be interesting to see if she cares how unprofessionally I was treated. I am astounded by how rude "Melissa" was.

"Never Again"
This was my first time testing with them so of course the instructions were unclear. I called trying to get my test going and instead of them assisting me the lady on the other end continuously stated how it wasnt her that issue and hung up in my face MULTIPLE times! I wouldn’t recommend this program to a fckn squirrel!
Since i cant respond to your lie..telling me to contact my ssrs and HANGING up the phone are two different things that lady said “that isnt my issue nor how this works and hung up not once but 3 times” so cut the crap ! When I called the second time i thought the phone lost service cuz i refused to believe that was the level of professionalism a program designed to ASSIST VETERANS carried! So its very true I even spoke with the proctor ! And i wasnt late…trying to get help MADE ME LATE!

"My experience was horrible."
My proctor was very rude. She was snappy with me. When My screen was lagging, my mouse stopped moving, I managed to click the chat bar somehow and tell her. I wasted 6 minutes getting her help, and when she fixed it, I brought up how I just lost 6 minutes and she said and I quote "You did that to yourself". Will never buy a voucher/proctor from here again.

"Perhaps if I had more time..."
I like that I was able to set up the test online and it was easy to get started though the process. I don't like how the test can be pretty laggy at times which runs the clock during the test unnecessarily. Perhaps giving more time, even if its just 10 more minutes would be nice.

"First Exam"
Before I took my exam, I was sent an email link that would bring me to answer questions on my exam. I didn’t like how they sent my exam link minutes before I needed to start my exam. On top of that my exam wasn’t even an hour long it was only 50 minutes. If I’m being told to do advance tasks on an exam I am going to need more time to answer those questions. They only get three stars because of the helpful service, and overall structure of the exam.

There was a delay between my keyboard/mouse actions and the results on the virtual PC causing the length of time it took to complete the certification projects longer.
