Some lacked customer service, while some made certain decisions which did not lead up to my expectation. Regardless of the flaws that they had my search for the perfect firm was complete with Web Design Stop. I was able to get the best services while at the same time make sure that I was able to contact them whenever I wished. The conclusion was that I had a reliable web design firm that could satisfy my needs.

"INCOMPETENT AND DECEITFUL"

I don’t think I have ever experienced such a high level of frustration and disappointment in dealing with an IT service provider as I have with Webdesignstop. The level of incompetence displayed is unmatched to date. No quality control over design or content. A complete lack of professionalism in the detail and configuration of website design. Slow or no response to emails. Slow or no response to voicemails (never actually spoke to someone when I called their number - just goes to voicemail)
Website was made live but they did not configure my email settings correctly resulting in no business emails for over 5 days.
They could not correctly add MX entries even when the detail was provided to them. There was no checking that links or forms work as expected.
I recently needed an MX record entry update (they would not give me my own access and said to email them and they would make the changes). My emails went unanswered, my calls went to voicemail without being returned. In the end I had to migrate my website to a new hosting provider. Webdesignstop needs to be removed from the internet.

OK. So I am working with an investigator friend of mine who is much keener on this than I am. This is a scam through and through. I fell into it through the website Amazon Publishing Office. It's all the same organization of scumbags. In all fairness, I was an impatient dumbass who fell for their wookery and sent the $999.00 fee for book editing. A few minutes later I looked into the inconsistencies and, lo and behold, they are a scam. I really can't emphasize how badly they need to be removed from the internet. But until then please don't make my mistake.

The process was a little rough on my end as this was my first time dealing with a webpage. Jim and his team made it go a smoothly as he could did explain a lot.

"Web Design Please Stop!"

A very misleading and deceiving company. They tried to lure me in with a deal that was very well priced. I explained I wanted a website for a service similar to life coaching and they provided an example of a life coaching website they claimed to have built. The guy in the live chat box on the Web Design Stop website became very pushy about buying a package. Something didn’t feel right so I decided to do some further research. I contacted the owner of the website Web Design Stop claimed to have built and he advised he had never heard of Web Design Stop and provided the name of the company he had used. So Web Design Stop had lied and misled me. They also claimed to be a totally Australian company and all staff based in Australia but I can’t find any evidence of an actual real office. My suspicion is it an off shore company based in maybe India or Pakistan. There is nothing wrong with this but at least be honest. I provided a range of evidence regarding my transactions with Web Design Stop to Trust Pilot who have now verified my review. This is an excellent outcome to protect other consumers.
