"The website is rubbish"

The website is rubbish, once you have put a wrong measurement in, the webpage didn't let you got further, or to correct to another measurement, it will bomb you with pop ups saying wrong measurement, you can't press ok or cancel or just type in different measure. Just closed the webpage and found another supplier.

"Brilliant Company to deal with"

Don't hesitate to call these guys for advice. Our experience is that their product and installation knowledge is second to none.

Over the last three years we've purchased sliding doors for our bedroom, chests and doors for both our children's bedrooms, a 4-drawer cabinet for our bathroom plus a handle-less, high gloss white kitchen. All doors and cabinets were made specifically to our measurements and fitted perfectly.

We have found that the quality of all the products is excellent plus their willingness to support us every step of the way very reassuring.

We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

"Disappointed"

The choice of doors is very good but the technical help is poor; my husband enquired twice about the correct way to measure for the hinge fittings and on both occasions he was given the wrong information. He is an engineer hence the double enquiry; in the end he measured the way he felt was right and not how the company told him to. He was right. Our first set of doors was fine and were duly fitted. The second set were 2 x large and 2 x small doors. The small doors had problems on two mitred corners in that there were gaps you could see through; my husband contacted the company who duly apologised and sent two new doors. Of the two new doors, one had, albeit not so bad, a dodgy mitre. Again he contacted them. Twice. And they have ignored him. There is obviously a quality control problem which they need to sort. We are disappointed but not surprised. Be aware!

can't see how trustpilot works but had to comment on this previous review who gave 1 star. How do they then have an average of 3 stars from that one review?
We used this company to buy a large set of fitted wardrobes and cupboards. they were so helpful, checking with us if there was any doubt at all about what we wanted, Sending samples so we could see what we were buying. we had one small problem throughout with a badly drilled hinge hole which was dealt with promptly and fairly. The quality is great - no saggy thin drawer bases with these, and solid backs. We saved well over 50% over equivallents fitted by someone else, bedroom fitters must be the best paid semi skilled joiners in the world. We are about to order again for other rooms.

"Poor"

Beware and make sure you do not at a later date decide to replace a hanging rail with shelves as this company will not let you order shelves seperately. Complete madness.
