It does what it says on the can, however customer service is non-existent its a online company neither live or 24/7
So it could take days for a reply with something as important as insurance. I had to take out additional insurance whilst they changed my number plate.
Luckily I haven't had to make a claim so unable to comment on claims

Update, I see my negative comments have disappeared.Having had no communication at all from these people. Suddenly after putting a poor review on Trust pilot , I am emailed by Lucus Stone to both my partner and myself. The email to activate the account appeared on the 16th February. He has not activated this as does not want any dealings with this firm. They state that they can not refund? , is that because they block the 14 days cooling off period so you can not cancel this. The insurance was paid for on 3rd February, This company is appalling and we are seeking legal action . DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY TRECHERY IS JUST ROUND THE CORNER
