Vencer recently completed a single storey extension and internal renovation of our 4 bed property.

Vencer completed a double height extension and full house renovation for us - we couldn’t be more pleased with the results and would fully recommend their services.
At all stages of the build we felt confident and reassured; communication was great and invoicing transparent. We met - and talked regularly - and we worked through solutions and ideas together. We felt that Tom, David, Jamie and the whole Vencer team always had our best interests at heart and were focused on helping us create a really lovely home.

Vencer completed a single storey extension for us, along with some alterations to other parts of our home to bring our kitchen down from the middle floor of the house to the ground floor, creating a stunning open plan kitchen and living space. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, did everything they could to minimise the disruption to our daily lives, kept us well informed and in the loop at every step and completed the project to an incredible standard.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to get some building work completed to their homes. The whole team were approachable, friendly and respectful and we’re so grateful for the beautiful home they’ve created for us.

Vencer recently completed a ground floor rear extension of our property. The level of finish was good, the team were friendly, and they have delivered a transformation to the ground floor of our property, to create a lovely family space.

"Single storey rear extension and internal renovation project"

Vencer Construction recently completed a large, single storey rear extension and internal renovation project at our Victorian property. From the moment of the initial consultation onwards, Thomas, David and the wider team were professional, transparent and honest. They worked closely with my wife and I throughout the six-month project, with regular update meetings, site walkthroughs and prompt identification and troubleshooting of any issues that arose. The standard of finish was second to none, with excellent attention to detail and careful preservation of the original features of the property.
