Order was quickly dispatched especially when we're in the middle of a pandemic, hats off to all the men and ladies working there.
The Optical switch seems very robust and the overall impression is its well made.
The one thing I do like there is no volume loss at all as opposed to other switches I've tried.
The IR is spot on and the little handset does the job.
I won't hesitate to buy Lindy equipment the next time I need something.

Although my order was dispatched really quick, it didn't arrive. However, this was completely understandable because of the courier's delivery delays as a result of Christmas and COVID-19 (which is beyond their control). When I emailed the sales team about my situation, a lovely sales staff, Colin M, got back to me really quick, was apologetic and understanding, kept me well informed, and resolved my issue by sending a replacement within a day with a trackable courier (DPD). The fact I received a next-day replacement order at no extra cost shows how willing they are to go above and beyond for their customers - thank you LINDY, will definitely shop with you again in the future!
