The advisor I spoke to asked me to email over a couple of pictures so they could get an estimate. Great idea, responsible quote so I went with my gut and booked it in. On inspection of damage it actually came in cheaper than the quote which was a bonus and my bank balance wasn't damaged too!! All clean and polished on return. More than happy.
