"Poor customer service and unreliable"
Poor customer service. I ordered food for my Puppy Monday before 1pm as per the websites T&C’s. I paid £5.95 for delivery which should of been next day. It got to Wednesday and my order had still not arrived. At this point I had already ran out of food for my puppy. We raw feed him and he has allergies so I can’t just go to the supermarket. I was informed after I tried to call Luna & me a couple of times that my order was out of stock and would be delivered when back in stock. My problem is the lack of communication and the tone of the Email I received. They refunded my order after I had insisted which will take 5 days. I now have to source alternative food. Communication should be key for any business. Especially when paying for a premium product.

"Appalling customer service"
Appalling customer service. Ordered frozen food & treats three weeks ago. Customer service lied, claiming they left me messages and emails stating they couldn't send the frozen food due to the hot weather. NO voicemails or emails (even into junk folder) were received. Refund was only initiated after I emailed saying I needed to cancel it due to the late delivery and going away. Why couldn't the company have sent me the dry food on its own? And why didn't they initiate me a refund immediately once they knew they couldn't send the order? Obviously wanted to keep my money. This isn't the first problem I've had with the company either. A year ago I wanted to just buy treats, but this is impossible as the website states you must reach a 5kg limit to make an order. Customer service created a custom order for me, but they told me the website was going to be modified so customers could just buy the treats. This was a year ago and no change to the website has been made.

I have been using Luna and Me for two years for my cockapoo Skye and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It looks good enough for me to eat and is in fact all human grade top quality meat which is totally nutritionally balanced. Unlike other brands who charge an extra premium rate if they want any superfood ingredients added, this food has them all in as standard and at a very reasonable price. The food is rated no.1 in the UK for a reason and has cured my pup of several minor ailments from needing glands emptied to irritated ears, and she hasn’t been to the vets once since going on this food where once she was a regular! She’s never looked or been healthier. It’s also been a game changer for us because our pup is extremely fussy but she wolfs this down due to the quality and range of flavours of the food. Sammy the owner and creator of the food is extremely helpful and qualified as a nutritionist amongst other things and has advised me over messenger herself about so many things some of which aren’t even food related, she is an amazing resource to customers. Their food, reliability and customer service has been second to none and you can manage your own on repeat account easily online. I’ll never change from this food!!!

"Do NOT use this company for raw dog food"
I would not recommend this company as have no customer experience. Being a first time puppy owner, putting my puppy onto raw was all new. I placed an order on Friday expecting next day delivery as per their website, no order came. On Monday emailed them, eventually got a response to say the small print on their website states orders placed on a Friday are not processed until Monday and then delivered on a Tuesday. I emailed back to gain confirmation that my order was then due to be delivered on Tuesday, as had run out of food. I got no response. Tuesday I receive an email to say order has been despatched, so I emailed again to say how unhappy I was that my order would now not be delivered until Wednesday, I got no response! Order arrived with the internal cool carton was so badly damaged several packs had defrosted. Damage was done by whilst packing and not the delivery company as the out box was not damaged. Not even going to waste my time emailing again as am sure will get no response again.

Sent an order then sent another one a day later in error which I couldn't freeze because of space issues and they won't refund the money or even speak to me now! Don't use this company I used them every two weeks for 18 months and get this kind of service in return.

"There is no point!"
Brought some Dog food off there website.
I emailed them to let them know it had not arrived and then they tell me it is my fault and they have binned the order!!
Tried to get a refund out of them but have been foreced to go to Trading Standards to resolve the issue.
Im sure my dog would of loved the food if he got a chance to try it.
