Simply outstanding from start to finish, I ordered a case for a Samsung S20 as EE had offered me a new phone, it came a couple of days later but didn't fit. I explained to them that I needed one to fit the S20 FE and in no time they offered to replace. Having sent the original back they kept me updated on receipt of it, and the progress on getting a brand new FE case made then sent. Can't praise them enough really, never seen customer service better than these guys 👍👍

Excellent company to deal with. Had a minor problem and they contacted me first within a day of placing the order, thus the five stars. They gave me an excellent price.
As a leisure fisherman I need a waterproof case.
The only problem I have is the Ghostek Atomic 3 case muffles my voice so callers have difficulty hearing me. This is nothing to do with In Touch Telecoms Ltd.
When I am making a call I can get around the problem by peeling back the cover (easy to do) or just opening the stopper/bung for the charging port. It is a very solid aluminium framed case that will give me good drop protection and waterproofness over and above the built in iPhone 8 water resistance. I would give the case alone just three stars.
