I do not want to give this site a bad rating because I really enjoy playing with you guys however I made a withdrawal on the 10th may to PayPal and it’s been processing for 6 days now. It states that it takes 4-5 days to process through to PayPal so that is false information for one. I have contacted live chat and had no help told me to call you and I did and the phone line isn’t operating right now due to everything going on. I have emailed numerous times, every single day since Wednesday and just had all the same replies that it takes 4-6 business days when it doesn’t state that on the terms and conditions and it’s been 5 working days already.
