Customer service has been great! They have helped resolve a few problems and also recommended items that work great in my classroom. I love most of the products we have purchased from ETA! The only issue I have had is with flashlights that we ordered for our EC classroom. These were labeled for early childhood use and they are so flimsy we had to contact the company within a couple weeks to get them all replaced. Upon replacement, we had one roll off a short table and break on the carpet.

I had to wait the full delay before the items arrived, and so were not usable during summer school. Perhaps you should make these items available as e-books, so they could be downloaded immediately after purchase.

I had great service from ETA, but unfortunately they do not ship overseas and when I contacted a carrier, it was too expensive to ship myself- pity as the product looked very good.

I love the activities and materials. The drawback is having to access the student materials only online. I wish the masters were in the books.
