I do not know Avi (the owner) personally, however, he supplied with a refurbished laptop from a recommendation via Facebook.

The laptop came with Windows 10 and a refreshed operating system that worked perfectly from the first start up, no lag or delay. I then needed a second laptop and had no hesitation in returning to Avi to help me out again. Both laptops are still working perfectly (and very quickly) after a few months.

I would recommend this company without any second thoughts because 1. The laptops I have are in excellent condition but mainly 2. Avi didn't go for a hard sell and during the buying process he was very open and honest, and I genuinely felt that had I encountered any problem it would have been resolved without any issue.

Would highly recommend, great to do business with a genuine person. A very good experience.
