The on-line process was easy and straightforward. There was a little delay in getting contact from the towing company, but the holidays were intervening so no big deal. The tow company came as promised and was fast and professional. Good information to guide me through the process! Thanks so much!

They sent me confirmation emails and receipts from vehicle pickup, transfer and completed delivery. I received the sale receipt and paperwork for my taxes within the estimated window.
