"The quality is AWFUL and CHEAP"

The quality is AWFUL! I ordered a jacket that was supposed to be dark gray with white drawstrings. They sent me a black jacket with black strings. The print was supposed to be a dog print with scissors, what they sent me was cut off and made the paw print have 3 toes, and one side of the scissors was missing. The jacket is so flimsy and thin that it feels like the zipper is going to break off when you use it. I have t-shirts that feel warmer than this! I contacted them several times to let them know about my dissatisfaction and all they wanted to was give me 30% off my next purchase which is a ripoff! Who would want to buy more cheaply made, poor quality stuff?! Especially at the prices they are asking?! I paid almost 70$ for a jacket, that feels like a piece of paper it's so thin. I have already contacted them several times and they keep being combative and defending their mistakes. They are blaming "lighting" on the color difference but lighting is not going to change something white into black so... they just sell you whatever piece of garbage to rip you off and don't want to give your money back. Plus it took almost a month to get.

I was expected to be a scrub suit but it’s a shirt..it’s not what I expected the quality is not good for $58 Australian dollars it’s like $10 dollars shirts! It’s look nice in the pictures but not in real thing colours is faded..I would not recommend it!
