My cargo was picked up on 20th July from bangalore to Germany . It’s been a month and no one in awcc has clue to where the cargo is and no one is bothering to reply emails . Pathetic service .

The worst courier service. I had ordered 7 precious marble idols from india and I was assured that they will reach safely. All my idols got broke and I lost a lot of money. When I informed them, their manager was very impolite and very rude. He also threatened me that I can do whatever I want to.
