My recent experience of collaborating with Repsonsiv people as part of the above project was hugely fulfilling. The architects led on their technical specialist areas and drove forward the changes in the most effective of manners. In some instances clear requirements were not available, technical constraints were imposed and key decision-makers were not always available. Despite this they continued to find ways to progress the project objectives and enforce quality, provide clear communication and demonstration of their work and always worked to foster a great team spirit.

The process will reduce the amount of manual intervention needed from internal staff and will store the emails and attached documents in a database for audit purposes and further processing
