"My recent trip to Shirdi - Ajanta Caves"

My recent trip to Shirdi - Ajanta caves - Aurangabad was arranged by Trawell team. Prompt response from their Sales rep Mr. Dev. Hotels were very good, particularly hotel Grand kailash in Aurangabad. They also helped with guide at Ajanta. Driver was good too though he only knew Hindi. I felt cost is a bit high, but worth for the quality of hotels and their service. Surely recommend them.

The trip was truly enjoyable and exceptional. Our travel agent, Mr. Sachin, arranged for Prasanth, who turned out to be an excellent driver. However, calling him just a driver does not do justice to his skills and expertise. He truly deserves to be referred to as a knowledgeable and insightful Tour Guide. Prasanth is fluent in English and Kannada, and possesses extensive knowledge about the various places we visited. He even recommended some amazing destinations such as Sunrise Point at Mandalpatti, Coffee Plantation at Coorg, and Honnavar Backwaters near Gokarna.

The accommodations at the hotels were also of great quality and offered reasonable rates. My overall experience on the "6D/5N Trip to Coorg - Udupi - Murudeshwar - Gokarna from Bangalore" was truly impressive and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mr. Prasanth as a Cab driver (or rather, a tour guide) and trawell.in.

One the worst experience with a travel agency.
Driver Shiv dutt Singh was too rude and unprofessional
He made our trip so awful generally it takes 6 hours from Delhi to mussoorie but he took a different route to save toll money due which it took us 9 hours to reach mussoorie. He also tried to do the same on coming back but after complaining he took the right path.
I don’t recommend to use this site to book your travels as their staff are not professional at all..

"Mahabaleshwar trip from Pune"

Had a quick urge on Friday to go on a trip to Mahabaleshwar on Saturday and Sunday. And believe me, it was an awesome visit. Right from the ease of booking (Sachin from Trawell helped make it seamless with the best offers). The price was the best online. Got assigned a driver who became a family throughout the journey. Used their service back in March 2020 for a trip to Ooty from Bangalore. The hotels selected were top quality with nice view. Best part of their service is the cab & driver. Very humble and prompt driver and he is accommodative too. Cost of the tour was also reasonable compared to other operators. Will use their service again.
