I've been getting the run around about my package for 2 days. I ordered my item and received a tracking number that doesn't give me any info. I called a rep and she told me the company gives your stuff to ups to give to usps but couldn't give me a ups tracking number. It's been over a week and no one knows where my order is and no one is trying to find out.

While the products seem to be fairly high quality for the price, I was not happy with the customer service. They charged me 10.5% tax, which was wrong, and when I pointed this out to have it corrected I was told that the is tax for my zip code. It is not. It is 9%. Not that big of a difference, but still incorrect. Trying to make a few bucks for overcharging, even after the mistake is pointed out, is not a good way to run a business. Will not be buying from them again.

If you take these matters so seriously then maybe you should make sure they're using the correct information to begin with and when a customer points out that is wrong maybe you should look into it instead of telling them they're lying. Sorry, not sorry, but your generic apology and general dismissal doesn't amount to much since you won't correct the mistake to begin with.

ordered 9 items from catalog and received 7 due to a broken taped box from ups. unsure if the two small items were remove or stolen. contacted budk customer service and talked with Phil. what a nice person. took time and patience while i explained the problem. phil told me not to worry and in 24 to 48 hours the problem would be resolved. my items arrived today. what a great company and
