Unfortunately the items weren't for me so I had to return. Items sent Saturday refund processed Monday. Fantastic.

I really love this company. I purchased a couple of dresses via the Harvey Nichols website. Both dresses are really pretty and I’ve received lots of compliments. Delivery was fast, well packaged and reasonably priced.

"Disappointing"

Disappointing. I placed a recent order to then be advised the next day the item I had ordered was out of stock. I then ordered another item and paid £7.50 for next day delivery given I needed the item for a corporate dinner at the weekend. This was late Tuesday so would have expected Thursday, still no news and the tracking number provided is showing as unrecognised. No response to my email request for information and will now have to send back when it does finally arrive and try to find something else for my dinner. Not happy and probably won’t order from again which is a shame as they do have some unique and lovely clothing.

Just ordered a dress from TrafficPeople.co.uk, so happy I did.

The package came really quickly (2-3 days) on standard shipping. The wrapping (packet included) was frilly and pink, and my dress was carefully wrapped in tissue and plastic. The package also included magazines of their collections and quite sweetly, my invoice was in an envelope that had my name hand-written on it.

I really can't fault anything about this company. Quality of the fabric was high, the dress I ordered was a very heavy knit true to form exactly as advertised. It's the little extra things that matter, I really appreciated how they wrapped and sent everything.

My first time ordering from this site ,I ordered 'live a little louder' CAMI .unsure of the size I did actually ring them and was advised to go a size larger than I would have. I found the site easy to use , my order arrived very quick and the fit was perfect .I would order again and the CAMI is lovely
