I live in Washington State, so I was very surprise to call their customer service number, and someone always answered it in a cheerful voice, and answer all my questions, and when I messed up the order, I just called them again, and they walk my through the order. It took 6 days to get my check, and I had no problems cashing their check. Thank you so much!!!
