I ordered a bracelet on Etsy from this company and I cannot be more impressed, the fit and finish is amazing. The band is comfortable and the pendant is really shiny and stays just that.

This is my 2nd bracelet from Thor of Sweden and I really like them. It is true, as other reviewers state, that it is cord and silver- but that is clearly shown in their marketing. They look good, feel good and they are a higher end of the rope bracelet market. Usually they are some sort of alloy, but the real silver makes a difference.
Personalised messages in the box your bracelet comes in to thank you all adds up to a good company who care about your order.
This is however my 2nd bracelet, they don’t last forever. My last one lasted about a year, but then I did swim and go on holiday in it and it clearly states not to in the care instructions so can’t really complain!

Ordered a bracelet 3 months ago but still did not get it. After a few emails with customer support they just blocked my email address.

Terrible product and even worse customer service-beware!i bought one of their £55 bracelets after seeing a Facebook ad for them.In the ads,the product looked high end and well made;to say I was underwhelmed when it arrived would be an understatement...it was a piece of paracord with a cheap metal hammer clasp and in no way represented £55’s worth of quality and craftsmanship. In any event,I decided to keep it and wore it a couple of weeks later to a gig.I sweated quite a bit at the gig,which caused the bracelet to shrink a good two inches and caused the metal hammer to discolour from silver to a dull brass although the other metal fixtures didn’t,making it look even cheaper than it already did.i wrote to the company and sent accompanying pictures but they weren’t in the slightest bit interested.They initially refused to do anything,citing the fact I’d worn the bracelet ,then grudgingly offered to exchange it despite me asking for a refund.In the end,after numerous emails back and forth I had to go through my credit card provider to reclaim the money as they refused to accept responsibility for the terrible quality of their product. I cannot stress enough how cheap and nasty the product is let alone their customer service-what a terrible experience
