"Never Received My Order - Received Replacement"

I placed my order back on 1/20/2025 and still have not received my item. I have reached out multiple times with nothing helpful being done. I have been told that the delivery has been in exception since 1/28/2025, which I could see by using the tracking information provided. The package is clearly lost.

UPDATE: They did ship out a replacement order and I did receive it as well as some of their honey sticks as a complimentary gift for my inconvenience. I am not giving 5 stars since it took a month after my original order for them to then agree that the package must be lost since it had not moved at all for that whole time when you looked at the tracking information.
