Not only is this a massive issue in terms of security, I spent 40 minutes searching the streets for my dog this morning as I let him out not realising that he could walk straight out onto the street! Needless to say, I have cancelled my contract

I'm quite fussy and have been reluctant to have window cleaners believing they can't do the job as good as me. However I'm nearly 70 and doing my windows in/outside us getting a little more tiring.
Wow! Great communication. letting me know what time he was coming. quick but super efficient clean.
