"Poor renewal policy"

I love the Moz website, however the policy of auto-renewals (for amounts over 1K) is terrible and ruins the experience overall. I did not receive an email about my account renewing and if I don't want to auto renew I had to "cancel" the account entirely, which appears that it has been shut down, but in actuality it's just not recharging you automatically. No refunds offered, not even prorated. This is uniquely poor service in comparison to ALL the other subscription accounts I hold.

MozBar is a great SEO tool (browser extension), even for starters to use the free version. It enables you to check your keyword competition on Google, their websites, Domain and Page authority, spam score, backlinks...
Here's a tip for blog writers: having at least one high-authority outbound link in your article is good. You can easily find it with MozBar on Google by typing the keyword (even Wikipedia link is good) and then link to it.

"We had stopped using Moz"

We had stopped using Moz, but did not realize auto-renew was on. After Moz auto-renewed our account for $1079, 40 days later we found the charge on the card. I asked to pro-rate a refund or even split the cost they refused with over 10 months remaining. Not flexible at all, greedy.

"Account banned without any reason."

I was out of Moz for almost 3 months. When I tried to log in they send a mail and instructed me to activate my account by clicking the link given in the mail. When I click the given link an error is shown. Later I tried to log in but my account is banned.
Though service from Moz was very helpful for us but this kind of harassment is not expected.
