I had a contact name who has been most helpful in sending mock samples of the product we purchased which are staff Christmas Gift. Nothing was a problem! The thing that impressed me the most was the teams attention to detail. I made an error by not including one of the audio files on the track listing, but they picked up on it straight away and gave me the opportunity to rectify the issue before printing.
