"Up until now since the end of month if…"

Up until now since the end of month if May.Tranzfar has refused to refund a sum of 606Gbp. There is a consistent scripted response they give which you get when you send an email to them. This company is a ridicule to the purportedly regulation of financial institutions.

"Bad service and awful communication "

I am in the same boat with others below.
I sent a payment since the 16th July and still waiting. They promised to resolve the issue by the 9th August still nothing.
It is obvious that they knew about the Nigerian issue prior to me sending this money on July 16th but they still went ahead and took the money from me. They shouldn't have deducted money from my account, when they know there's outstanding issues.
I have asked for my money back several times but all I keep getting is generic email.

If I don't get my money back in the next few days, I will be complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman.

Today is the 21 September, I am updating my review because I am still waiting for my money. While waiting, I have used Western Union for the transfer, which completed with a few minutes.
Tranzfar promised to complete my refund again on the 30 September, they asked for my account details twice. I will be back once I get my refund.
In the meantime, the UK Financial Ombudsman advised that I get a final date from Tranzfar then come back to them. That is ongoing as I will be speaking to the Financial Conduct again in a couple of days.

"Give me back my money for Ref: 1327286587"

This is horrible.

I am writing this with so much disappointment.

Money sent since 28th June has not been received.

I asked for a refund. They said till 12th July and it still wasn't received.

They sent another email promising by 9th August and still not received.

I have never been as disappointed.

I strongly advise that anyone who even thinks of using Tranzfar should forget it.

They have gone past the agreed SLA and have made NO attempts to refund my money.

Other company refunds between 5 working days. However because this is a fraudulent company; the money is now hanging.

DO NOT USE TRANZFAR or else you will lose your hard earned money.

"Unreliable and Incompetent at Problem Solving "

I have used this Tranzfar platform to make transactions to Nigeria ,which my last transaction was on the 14th of July, 2024 at 18:26:48pm. Since then it hasn't been processed, I have called customer service and they kept saying before the end of the week it will be processed but it was negative and I got an email stating that by the 9th of August,all the backlog would have cleared, but to no avail.
Furthermore, I called customer service again on the 14th of August and I was told to wait until next week.

Tranzfar are totally unreliable and don't keep to their words. Don't give false hope and promise to customers if you can't keep to it. It only tarnishes your image more.

"Stay aware from Tranzfar"

I have two separate transactions totaling 2000$ still pending with Tranzfar. Several efforts for refund have been ignored by this insensitive company. Bunch of criminals coming up with excuses every day.

"Issue with transfer now resolved."

I am rewriting the previous review I gave this company.
This company usually completes transfers quickly, and I have been using them regularly, but the last transfer took over a month to clear.
I contacted them several times via phone and emails and was constantly promised the money would clear.
The money has now cleared and I have received calls and emails from the company apologising for the inconvenience. They asked me to take down the 1-star review. But the most I can do is rewrite my review.
So based on the company following up with calls and emails apologies I have changed the rating from 1-star to 3-star.
I believe the issue they were having was out of their control and they are trying to resolve it.
I will continue to use them because the service is really good when it works.

"Used to be quick money tranfer but now…"

Used to be quick money tranfer but now this is not the case. I sent money on 7th July it still hasn't been received by the recipient. I asked for a refund two wèeks ago and this still has not been returned It is now a month that they have had my money. I would not recommend this company at all.

"Past issue resolved. "

Unfortunately, they didn't meet the standard that was expected from them. I do understand that doing business in Nigeria can be hit and miss, but the big mistake was not being upfront and honest with customers. Keeping us in the dark about where our money went was a mistake. Sending generic random emails and making promises you couldn't keep were also mistakes. Although the issue was resolved and the money was transferred, it took nearly one month to complete. Next time you have problems, you should directly email your customers and tell them the truth. I would increase my star to three just because, in the end, you did send the money across.

"Tranzfar is completely a scam"

Tranzfar is completely a scam. They won’t deliver your money and they won’t even refund. They are fraud. Please stay completely away from them. They are bunch of scammers from Nigeria
