I was looking for a local body transformation gym to get myself back in shape…
I’ve joined up ten weeks ago and enjoying my journey. My trainers Mariyan & Patrick are amazing!!

"A great environment to work out in!"
BTX is a great environment to work out! All the trainers are really good. They are encouraging, concerned and motivated to help you achieve your goals - be it weight loss, muscle toning, general fitness or even recovery after an injury! I had a great experience with my trainer and the thought process/approach is quite holistic, in the sense that they believe that for general well-being, a combination of weight training (which they are great at!), basic cardio sessions (walk/jog/run/swim/spin at your own comfort), a healthy diet, good sleep & a positive mindset are all important!
All in all, a very positive and professional atmosphere to work out in and I strongly feel that BTX is ideal for my long term fitness journey!

I’m returning to BTX for a second time after the birth of my second child. Following the birth of my first child, the team at BTX supported me in getting my fitness and strength back and I’m convinced that it was the hard work I put in (with the support of the team!) the first time that helped me get to a better place the second time. I’m currently training with Justin, he’s incredibly focused and committed during our sessions and helps me to keep on track. Thank you!

The place to go if you want results!
I am halfway through my 12 week program and have already dropped 5% in body fat, added muscle and just feel so much better than before I started. Szymon has been an amazing coach during this time and has supported me with knowledge, dietary plans and motivation during our sessions.
Disclaimer: the system works, but you will need to do the work yourself. You will work with experts who give you all the tools you need, but the sessions will not work in isolation. Meaning that you will have to adjust your diet, you will have to do your cardio 2-3 times a week and there will be no magic pills to lose your weight.

I can wholeheartedly recommend BTX! I have been training with Justin for over a year and am blown away with the result. Not only has he helped me (over-)achieve my goals, but I've also learned a ton about programming and nutrition along the way, Justin and the team really know their science.
Finally, everyone at BTX is genuinely lovely to be around, so it's a really good and positive atmosphere to train in!

"Excellent personal training"
Excellent personal training in the Hampstead and West Hampstead area. I've only been working with them for a few weeks, and I've already dropped body fat and gained muscle without gaining weight (my goal!). Additionally, I needed to get back into a routine, so Simon has helped me get back on track by focusing on my practice at the gym and in my day-to-day habits (i.e., sleep, food, exercise, overall approach to health and fitness). The whole team is great too - sales, gym manager/admin, and the other trainers seem nice. Lastly, I also appreciate that the team indulges my music preferences at the gym :) I look forward to my AM workouts at BTX.
