We've just completed on our new home and its all thanks to Rockhopper. Our circumstances are not the norm as we both work freelance overseas earning in Euros. Being self employed reduces the number of lenders and also earning in Euros even more so! David took time to understand our situation and what we needed. We were happy to pay a £500 deposit because if they didn’t get us a mortgage then we would be refunded. We worked with both David and Alex throughout the process and both have been very quick to respond, understanding and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - after contacting more than 10 brokers, Rockhopper were the only ones willing to help and that just shows how much experience and knowledge they have as brokers.
