Unfortunately both did not work for me. I suffer from bad menopause hot flushes that keep me awake at night.
But I do understand that we all react differently to everything. Just like menopause affects us differently too. The two stars are simple for the desired effect not being there for me personally. I still think its a brilliant product, but not for everyone. Trying is key.
